Cindy McMahel is the Global Social Impact Liaison for Liquid Good that works in conjunction with Freedom Missions projects, where she forges partnerships worldwide to create lasting community change. With over 17 years of experience in arts education and a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre, she’s passionate about helping kids grow in creative, purpose-filled environments. A seasoned director and Juilliard-trained instructor, Cindy blends global vision with a deep love for developing young people through the power of storytelling and the arts.
Anthony Polenski as the Programs and Outreach Director brings a decade of experience in IT solutions and recruitment, which fueled his passion for servant leadership and building strong connections. This led him to found Kingdom Chaplain. He also advises LiquidHectare, a company leveraging land-backed crypto for sustainable global projects. Committed to combating human trafficking, Anthony serves on the board of RescueAmerica. Through Between His Shoulders, and with the support of Freedom Missions, he empowers communities in Malawi, South Africa, Eswatini, and Uganda, through initiatives ranging from establishing community hubs to launching television programs and supporting educational opportunities.
Tyler McMahel serves on the Freedom Missions media team, using his eye for photography and video to tell powerful stories. With a background in business and a passion for crypto, creativity, and global outreach, Tyler brings a steady, servant-hearted presence. He and his wife, Abby, live their faith through consistent, humble service and a deep belief in the power of showing up.
